Paul Castelli

Paul is the founding pastor of Crosspoint Church. In the fall of 2005, he and his wife Erin felt God calling them to start this new church in Spring Hill, FL. God raised up an outstanding leadership team to launch Crosspoint on August 13, 2006. Together with his great friends and fellow pastors Brad Klausman and Wayne Cordova, they faithfully lead this church in bringing the message of God’s hope, love and grace to the community of Spring Hill, Florida.
Brad Klausman
Pastor
Brad D. Klausman joins his friends, Paul & Wayne, on the pastoral staff of Crosspoint. Brad’s areas of gifting and services include discipleship and teaching. Brad and his family recently joined the Crosspoint family from Mountain Home, Arkansas, where Brad served as Associate Pastor of Students.
In addition, He has served in youth ministry for the past ten years, where his focus has been to grow authentic disciples, excelling in servant leadership and personal holiness. Also, Brad has a wide range of experience in university-led servant evangelism, small group development, and behavioral counseling. Brad earned a Master of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Brad and Sabrena have been married for over ten years and have two children.
Wayne Cordova
Pastor
Wayne was born in Belleville, New Jersey and grew up in Miami, Florida. He’s a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He was ordained into the Gospel Ministry in April 1999 at FBC Pine Castle in Orlando, Florida.
Wayne has spoken and ministered to thousands of students and adults around the country. He has done many retreats and conferences around the U.S. And he has served in Student Ministry for over 12 years.
Cheryl Locke
Office Manager
Cheryl was born in Michigan and moved to Florida a long time ago. She met and married her fantastic husband, Ken, right here in Spring Hill 22 years ago.
