Wayne Cordova is a Pastor at Crosspoint Church in Spring Hill, FL where he focuses on Communicating and leading Ministry Teams (Volunteers, Crosspoint Kids, Student Ministry, and Outreach).

Wayne was born in Belleville, New Jersey and grew up in Miami, Florida.  He’s a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He was ordained into the Gospel Ministry in April 1999 at FBC Pine Castle in Orlando, Florida.

Wayne has spoken and ministered to thousands of students and adults around the country. He has done many retreats and conferences around the U.S. And before starting Crosspoint he served in Student Ministry for over 12 years.

Wayne has performed stand up comedy at the Improv Comedy Club in South Florida for Christian Comedy Nights and has done stand-up act for clubs, churches, and groups. He has also performed Improvisational Comedy at SAK Comedy Lab in Orlando, FL and with “NOT THE MAN” Improv – An Improv Comedy Group that performs for many churches and groups. He’s even been a radio morning show DJ for WAY-FM in West Palm Beach.

Wayne met his wife Tina, in West Palm Beach, Florida where they were married on May 25th, 2002. Tina is also a Palm Beach Atlantic graduate with her Master’s degree in Elementary Education. She is currently a Math Coach for the Hernando County School District.  Together they have a beautiful daughter named Emmalee who was born in December of 2010.

Wayne is a big geek at heart, and loves Comic Books, Reading, Star Wars, and watching the Yankees play.

He has come to Crosspoint with a simple mission. To love the people of Spring Hill into a relationship with Jesus.
