Compassion Weekend Updates
Hello Serve Teams!
We are thrilled for Compassion Sunday in just a few days. We cannot wait to see what the Lord will do through this opportunity.
We want to ensure you are aware of a few changes in our regular Sunday flow.
- #1 – Parking
- The Compassion trailer is using half of one isle in the parking lot.
- This means the flow of traffic will be redirected for that isle.
- We have cones set up to indicate the closed area.
- Please arrive with extra time to find parking.
- Please DO NOT PARK IN THE FRONT LOT. Choose the side of the building, back of building or grass lots to leave room for guests.
- #2 – Service Flow
- There will be a chance for our attendees to come forward to choose a child packet for sponsorship toward the end of service.
- There is a chance service could runs a tad long, depending on the flow of people coming forward. Please just be flexible.
- #3 – Lobby
- In the “Hub” (the area where merch is usually set up) we will have a spot for the guest speaker and additional child adoption packets.
- #4 – Truck Experience
- Register for your opportunity to go through the experience by clicking here.
General Info:
- There is only one packet per child.
- We are encouraging those who take a packet to complete the registration process while they are here so there is less of a chance of forgetting.
- It can take several months to get the child a new packet and added back into the system and we want to minimize those gaps.
- You can complete the sponsorship by scanning the QR code on the packet or mailing in the card.
- The truck is available on Sunday from 10:30-3pm.
