Be like God

Ephesians 5:1–2, NIV 1984
Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as
Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

If someone watched my life, would they see a family resemblance to my Heavenly
Father?

You don’t imitate your Father to get into the family. You imitate your Father
because you’re already in the family.

Love isn’t merely something Christians believe in. It’s how Christians live.

The measure of love isn’t what you feel. The measure of love is what you’re
willing to give.

1. I will accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

2. I will imitate God daily.

3. I will sign up for fight night and bring a buddy.

4. I will memorize Ephesians 5:1-2.
