Matthew 28:5-6 NIV
5.The angel said to the women, ‘Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified.

6.He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.’

Romans 4:25 (NIV)
25. He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification.

The resurrection of Jesus means SIN has been DEFEATED and that your sins can be forgiven.

The resurrection of Jesus means DEATH is not the END, we have hope for a future.

1 Corinthians 15:54–55 (NIV)
54. “Death has been swallowed up in victory. Where, O death, is your victory?

55.Where, O death, is your sting?”

The resurrection of Jesus means our PRESENT can be TRANSFORMED.

Romans 6:4 (NIV)
We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as
Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
