The Evaluation Process

If you are interested in joining our worship team, then you are in the right place! The Crosspoint Worship Arts Team is always on the lookout for vocalists & musicians interested in serving! As with any team, we are unified by vision & purpose. Before your evaluation, we ask that you take the time to read our Worship Team Expectations. This will explain what we look for in team members & what we expect of them. We are looking forward to walking along side you in your evaluation process! After you complete your evaluation videos, we will review them within one week and follow up via email regarding your next steps.

Note: If you play multiple instruments or
sing & play, we ask that you submit to us separate video submissions to review each independently.

If you play another instrument or have a special gifting you would like to share with us, we would love to accept these video submissions as well! You may play the violin, cello, saxophone, banjo, or excel in drama, spoken word, etc.

Note: We may not utilize these giftings as service elements every week, but we would love to utilize your gifts where we can! To share with us simply record yourself playing a song or two & send over an email to one of our team leads. You may also email us any videos of past performances demonstrating your artistic or musical ability. For any resources needed, please contact one of our team leads & we will provide accordingly!

Social Media Policy

As a prospective worship arts team member, you will be expected to represent Christ and Crosspoint Church both on & off the platform. Our social media policy is designed to help you accomplish this.
